Balti fish in green masala


Ingredients
  • Beckti fish boneless ½ kg
  • Capsicum 1 small
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Mint 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Cottage cheese 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Spring onion chopped 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
Method
  • In a blender blend Capsicum 1 small, Coriander leaves ½ bunch, Mint 2 tbsp, Yogurt ½ cup, Cottage cheese 2 tbsp, Green chilies 6, Spring onion chopped 1 cup, Salt 1 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Garlic crushed 1 tsp, Ginger chopped 1 tsp and blend for 1 minute, heat oil in a wok add blended mixture, fry for 5 minutes, add in the fish, cook on low flame cover for 10 minutes, and serve hot with paratha or rice.
