Balti fish in green masala
Ingredients
- Beckti fish boneless ½ kg
- Capsicum 1 small
- Coriander leaves ½ bunch
- Mint 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Cottage cheese 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 6
- Spring onion chopped 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Ginger chopped 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method
- In a blender blend Capsicum 1 small, Coriander leaves ½ bunch, Mint 2 tbsp, Yogurt ½ cup, Cottage cheese 2 tbsp, Green chilies 6, Spring onion chopped 1 cup, Salt 1 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Garlic crushed 1 tsp, Ginger chopped 1 tsp and blend for 1 minute, heat oil in a wok add blended mixture, fry for 5 minutes, add in the fish, cook on low flame cover for 10 minutes, and serve hot with paratha or rice.
