Chicken Cigars
Ingredients
- Chicken 300 gm
- Manda strips ½ kg
- Spring onion 1
- Egg 1
- Onion 1
- Parsley ¼ bunch
- Raisin 25 gm
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
- Flour ½ tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- In chopper put together 300 gm chicken mince, 1 spring onion, half beaten egg, ¼ bunch of parsley, 1 tsp ginger paste, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 25 gm raisin and 1 chopped onion.Chopperize well and keep aside.Beat together remaining half egg and ½ tbsp flour. Make in to paste and keep aside.
- Now put a little chicken filling mixture on a rectangular manda strip. Fold and make into Roll.Seal with egg flour paste. Now put chicken Cigars in a greased oven proof dish, brush top with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven on 190 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
