Chicken Cigars


Ingredients
  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Manda strips ½ kg
  • Spring onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • Onion 1
  • Parsley ¼ bunch
  • Raisin 25 gm
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Flour ½ tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • In chopper put together 300 gm chicken mince, 1 spring onion, half beaten egg, ¼ bunch of parsley, 1 tsp ginger paste, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 25 gm raisin and 1 chopped onion.Chopperize well and keep aside.Beat together remaining half egg and ½ tbsp flour. Make in to paste and keep aside.
  • Now put a little chicken filling mixture on a rectangular manda strip. Fold and make into Roll.Seal with egg flour paste. Now put chicken Cigars in a greased oven proof dish, brush top with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven on 190 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes. 
  • Serve with tomato ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
