Bori cutlets

Bori cutlets


Ingredients
  • Mince ½ kg (double machine)
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Green chili 4 finely chopped
  • Onion 1 cup finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Bread slices 4 soaked in water
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Eggs 3 to 4 beaten mixed with 3 tbsp water
  • Oil for frying
Method
  • Mix the 1/2kg mince (double machine) with , Chili powder 2 tsp, Green chili finely chopped 4, Onion1 cup finely chopped, Ginger garlic 2 tbsp, Roasted and crushed cumin1 tsp, Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp, Salt 1 tsp, All spice ½ tsp, and Bread slices 4 soaked in water.
  • Marinate the meat for 2 hours, spread crumbs on a flat surface, make small balls of mince, press and shape into cutlets, beat eggs well with water, dip cutlets in to the beaten egg and dredge in breadcrumbs,Deep fry in a wok until golden brown in color.
