Piazi chops

Piazi chops


Ingredients
  • Mutton Chops ½ kg
  • Onion ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Potatoes 250 gm
  • Whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White cumin roasted and crushed 1 ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
Method
  • Heat oil add whole mixed spices with chops, fry for 5 minute add ginger garlic, chili powder, cumin roasted and crushed, ¼ cup water, fry well add 1 cup water cover and cook till chops nearly tender, then add finely sliced rounds of onion, round slices of potatoes, round slices of tomatoes, put on low flame till vegetables tender, lasltly sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies. Serve with roti.
