Canh Cu Cai Trang voi Mong Gio Heo White Turnip Soup with Pork Feet

Canh Cu Cai Trang voi Mong Heo (White Turnip Soup with Pork Feet)

Canh Cu Cai Trang

This soup Cu Cai Trang is very simple to cook, and most importantly, it brings a delicious meal to the table. It does not require much time to cook, or special touch to make it taste delicious. Although the main ingredients of this soup are Cu Cai Trang and Pork Feet, however, I decided to add cilantros in it to make it more tasteful. The good thing about this soup is that you can add any ingredients you like into it to make it turn out the way you want. For my part, I just want to make it simple by adding cilantros only to make it tasty and delicious.

Ingredients:
  1. Cu Cai Trang
  2. Pork Feet (Cut)
  3. Cilantros
  4. Granulated Chicken Flavor
  5. Salt
  6. Sugar

Direction:
Clean Cut Pork Feet with boil water for about 2 minutes, take it out, and then put it in cooking pot. Cook it for about 30-40 minutes until it cooked. Peel off the Cu Cai Trang skin, and cut it into a small pieces just like I have in my picture above, and then put it into the cooking pot with Pork Feet. Add about 1 and ½ tbls of Granulated Chicken Flavor, add ¾ tbls of sugar, and add about ¾ tbls of salt into the cooking pot. Mix them all together and cook for about 5 minutes or until you think Cu Cai Trang is soft enough to eat. After that, add cilantros for additional flavor, and mostly tasting delicious. Enjoy cooking!
