Fried pomp fret
Ingredients
- Small whole pomp frets ½ kg
- Carom seeds ¼ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
- Yellow color pinch
- Egg 1
Method
- Wash fish well. To prepare the marinade mix together 1/4tsp Carom seeds, 1tsp Salt, 1tsp Chili powder, 1/4tsp Turmeric,1/2tsp Garlic paste, 1tsp Chat masala, 1tbsp Lemon juice,1tsp White cumin roasted and crushed, a pinch of yellow color and 1Egg .Coat the fish with the marinade and marinate for 2 hours.Deep fry and serve hot.
