Fried pomp fret


Ingredients
  • Small whole pomp frets ½ kg
  • Carom seeds ¼ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • Yellow color pinch
  • Egg 1
Method
  • Wash fish well. To prepare the marinade mix together 1/4tsp Carom seeds, 1tsp Salt, 1tsp Chili powder, 1/4tsp Turmeric,1/2tsp Garlic paste, 1tsp Chat masala, 1tbsp Lemon juice,1tsp White cumin roasted and crushed, a pinch of yellow color and 1Egg .Coat the fish with the marinade and marinate for 2 hours.Deep fry and serve hot.
